Alisha Harrison is a seasoned real estate broker with nearly two decades of experience. Based in Allyn, Washington, Alisha specializes in unique and diverse properties across the Puget Sound region—including Mason, Kitsap, and North Pierce counties—helping clients find everything from rural retreats and lakefront homes to luxury waterfront estates and investment opportunities.

Alisha’s journey in real estate began in 2004 as an assistant to her father, where she discovered her passion for the profession. She became licensed in 2006 and has since guided countless clients—buyers, sellers, and investors—through the often complex real estate process with integrity, extensive local knowledge, and a personal touch.

A dedicated community advocate, Alisha volunteers with the North Mason cold weather shelter, the HUB Community Center, the NM Food Bank, and serves on various local boards and associations. She proudly holds the At Home With Diversity® (AHWD) designation, reflecting her deep commitment to inclusive, equitable, and client-centered service.

Alisha also serves the real estate industry at the highest levels. She was the 2023 President of Washington REALTORS®, is a current Director for the National Association of REALTORS®, and sits on the NAR RPAC Disbursement Trustees Committee. In addition, she is a respected keynote speaker and trainer, known for her practical insight and leadership.

When she’s not helping clients or advocating for housing, Alisha embraces the Pacific Northwest lifestyle. She enjoys gathering clams and oysters on the beach, kayaking, hiking, stand-up paddle boarding, and boating. She’s also a gracious hostess, passionate about entertaining, and a zealous traveler.
